Gratitude Cards to Print

I think every self-help book on the planet preaches the benefits of gratitude. I must admit I resisted the trend for a while – I thought that something so simple couldn’t really make that big of a difference in my wellbeing. But I caved a few years ago and bought one of those gratitude journals and I must admit – I absolutely fell in love with setting aside time every day for simply being thankful for what you have. It made a big difference in how I approached my business, my parenting, my volunteering, and my own mindset work. I really do highly recommend it, and these printable gratitude cards are a really beautiful and easy way to slip a little gratitude into your day.

This first set of cards are filled in with some general gratitude affirmations that almost anybody can use. Use these cards as meditation prompts to get yourself into a grateful mindset, especially if you are having a day in which you’re resisting feeling appreciative. And trust me, we ALL have those days. Some examples of the 54 affirmations in these gratitude cards are:

I appreciate the opportunities to grow and improve.
I am thankful for the people who inspire and motivate me.
I am grateful for the challenges that help me grow stronger.
I appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of each day.
I am thankful for my health and well-being.
I am grateful for the opportunities that come my way.
I appreciate the beauty of nature around me.
I am thankful for the lessons learned from my experiences.

How to Print and Use This Gratitude Card Deck

When you print these out, cut them on the lines if possible, but from experience I can state that can be a little tricky to get the cuts precisely accurate. So, I suggest going a little inside the margins of each card, and perhaps using a paper cutter or exacto knife if you have one. Backing up – I do recommend printing them on card stock if you aren’t going to laminate them. If using a laser printer, you might need to use a Sharpie or other alcohol marker to write on the blank cards due to the toner wax or oil coating that may or may not be a part of the printing process.
