Realistic Birds of Prey Coloring Pages

I know I’ve talked about what a huge bird nerd I am, and it’s showing once again! My partner and I have gone on several trips JUST to see birds – especially bald eagles and owls. We have yet to see an owl perched in the wild – though one did fly right in front of us one night while driving in the rural south. But our proximity to the Wisconsin River and the Mississippi River has given us some incredible opportunities to see bald eagles, osprey, turkey vultures, and several different kinds of hawks. So this set of birds of prey coloring pages is truly a labor of love for me, and I’m so excited to share them with you!

While I’ve offered a set of neutrals to get you started, I highly recommend looking up these gorgeous birds and endeavoring to get their feather colors accurate. It’s not just creatively satisfying, it will help you identify them in the wild once you get to know them better. I saw my first bald eagle about a year ago, and now that I’ve learned about their habitats, preferred climate, and mating patterns, I’ve seen over a hundred of them since then. Practice and research pay off!
